Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using FlowQueue. By installing the extension or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

FlowQueue is a browser extension and supporting web service that automates batch prompt submission in Google Flow. It operates entirely within your browser by interacting with the Google Flow web interface. FlowQueue is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Google LLC.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account via OAuth. We receive your email address and use it solely to identify your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

FlowQueue offers paid subscription tiers (Basic and Pro) on a monthly or quarterly basis. Subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the following:

• Payments are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• One-time subscriptions are valid for the period you paid for (30 days for monthly, 90 days for quarterly) and do not auto-renew.
• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period and will be charged to your payment method on file. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard; you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected mid-period.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowQueue in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, access controls, or licensing checks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the extension or service.
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service infrastructure.

5. Privacy

Your prompts and generated content never leave your browser - they are processed entirely by the Google Flow interface that you are already signed in to. We do not collect, store, or transmit your prompts or any AI-generated output. The only data we store is your email address, subscription status, and usage counters (prompts and downloads per day). 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowQueue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to work if Google changes the Flow interface. Use of the extension is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowQueue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruption, or changes to the Google Flow platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your subscription will not be refunded for any unused period, except where required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
